WELFARE MEASURES — TEACHING & NON-TEACHING STAFF

The Government College promotes a healthy work ambience. To achieve this end, it has initiated various measures to promote professional competency and instill job satisfaction.

The following measures promote the welfare of the staff:

Academic:

☛1. The wards of the staff are given admission to programmes of their choice.

☛ 2. Staffs are encouraged to take up research, seed money provided,

☛3. Training Programmes for Teaching and non teachings are organised.

Spiritual/ Psychological / medical wellbeing:

☛1. Counselling provided.

☛2. Capacity building sessions for Non-teaching and Sub Staff.

☛3. Fitness centre (Gymnasium), Yoga open to all staff.

4. Medical camp conducted annually.

Recreation:
